Return & Exchange Policy

General Conditions

  • Claims must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date. Items must be conserved in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Certain products, such as sale items or special-order goods, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact your sales representant or via contact@festivallatinfoods.com within 2 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a Credit Memo will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the order. We will provide a solution
