Claims must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date. Items must be conserved in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact your sales representant or via contact@festivallatinfoods.com within 2 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a Credit Memo will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
